Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day. Otherwise, we pack the next business day.

- Canada: 5–8 business days · $9 flat
- UK & EU: 7–12 business days · $13 flat

Customs duties for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your fountain leaves our warehouse. You can also check status anytime on our order tracking page.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, email hello@felineflow.com within 14 days of the shipment date. We'll send a replacement, no questions asked.
