• Harass our team or other customers through any of our support channels.

Feline Flow is designed for indoor household use with companion cats only. Do not submerge electronic components, use the device outdoors in freezing temperatures, modify the unit, or use it for any purpose other than supplying drinking water to pets.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Feline Flow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our store and marketing channels. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or cancel orders, block access, or refer matters to law enforcement if we believe these rules have been violated. Repeat or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from the store.
