Cat-approved or your money back.

You get 30 days from delivery to fall in love. If you don't, we'll refund you in full — even if the box is open and the fountain's been splashed.

The 30-day promise

Buying a cat fountain is a leap of faith. Cats are picky, kitchens are crowded, and shipping a new appliance feels like a commitment. We get it.

If at any point in the first 30 days your cat snubs it, your countertop hates it, or it just isn't right — email us and we'll arrange a return. Refund hits your card within 3–5 business days of us receiving the fountain.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@felineflow.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
  3. Pack the fountain (the original box is great, but any sturdy box works).
  4. Drop it off — refund processed within 3 business days of arrival.

1-year warranty

Every Feline Flow is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything stops working as it should within the first year, we'll replace it free.

What we can't accept

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window.
  • Damage from drops, pets chewing cords, or use outside normal indoor conditions (these may still be covered under warranty — just ask).
  • Consumables like replacement waste tanks once opened, for hygiene reasons.
